Congratulations on your child making the 2025 Allatoona Soccer team!
This form will allow you to pay your Player Dues, buy additional Adopt-A-Balls, and choose your Volunteer status (opt-in or opt-out). If you choose to opt-out you can pay that fee here as well.
This form accepts credit card payments (plus processing fee). If you would like to pay via Venmo, follow the steps in the payment processing screen.
If you would like to pay by cash or check, please bring those amounts to the Buc Bash.

I understand that the Allatoona High School Soccer Program is providing my player with a uniform to use throughout the season, and that I am solely responsible for returning the full uniform kit (less normal wear) to the Allatoona High School Soccer Program, no later than one week after the end of the offical soccer season.
I agree to provide a check in the amount of $150.00 that will be held as my deposit guarantee. Please make check payable to uniform deposit check made out to the Allatoona Soccer Booster Club.
By selecting "I agree" below, I acknowledge that if my player's full soccer uniform kit is not returned by the requested date, my check will be cashed. I also understand that my check will be shredded once the full uniform is returned.
As a courtesy, PLEASE wash all articles of the uniform prior to returning.
UNIFORMS SHOULD ALWAYS BE WASHED IN COLD WATER. NO BLEACH. NO FABRIC SOFTENER AND HUNG TO DRY.

The concession stand and other jobs for Allatoona are staffed by parents. In order to ensure that we have enough participation to cover hours required to operate a fully staffed and efficient concession stand, as well as other game day duties, we are requiring a $250 deposit made out to Allatoona Soccer Booster Club..
Your check will be held by the Booster Club until you have worked three (3) Credit Shifts with at least one credit coming from a concession stand shift. If, at the end of the season, you have worked the shifts to satisfy the three (3) credits, your check will be destroyed.
You also have the option to opt-out of this season's duties by paying a one-time $250 opt-out fee.
By checking "I Agree" below, you agree to work three (3) volunteer sessions during the upcoming soccer season. Volunteer duties are defined as working the concession stand, operating the scoreboard, game announcing, videographer (for women's games only), running the Pink Out donations table, volunteering at Senior Night, volunteering at the end of the season event, and other duties approved by the Booster Club. Volunteer duties can be for any of the men's or women's games, not just for your Player's team.
One (1) volunteer session MUST BE PERFORMED IN THE CONCESSION STAND.
I understand that if I commit to a session but am unable to attend, that I must find a replacement volunteer to fill my session, and:
If I fulfill all three (3) session obligations, my deposit check will be shredded.
I understand that no one under the age of 16 is allowed in the concession stand at any time. Any parent, official guardian, or family member can represent the player to meet concession guidelines.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to sign in at the beginning of your shifts so that you are properly credited for your time.
By selecting "I agree" below, I am opting out of all volunteer duties for the season, and will be paying the non-refundable $250 fee. (Payments will be made at the end of this registration form.)
I understand that volunteering for duties later in the year will not count towards credits, and I will not be getting any portion of this fee returned to me.
Each player registration package includes one (1) Adopt-A-Ball soccer ball that will be donated to the school in your Player's honor.
If you would like to purchase additional balls now at $35 each, please click "Yes" below. You can also purchase more balls at a later date by visiting the Buc's Soccer Club Spirit Wear Store.

Please bring the payment to the Buc Bash!. Players cannot participate in practice or play in games until all registration fees and deposits have been collected - NO EXCEPTIONS.
