The concession stand and other jobs for Allatoona are staffed by parents. In order to ensure that we have enough participation to cover hours required to operate a fully staffed and efficient concession stand, as well as other game day duties, we are requiring a $250 deposit made out to Allatoona Soccer Booster Club..
Your check will be held by the Booster Club until you have worked three (3) Credit Shifts with at least one credit coming from a concession stand shift. If, at the end of the season, you have worked the shifts to satisfy the three (3) credits, your check will be destroyed.
You also have the option to opt-out of this season's duties by paying a one-time $250 opt-out fee.
By checking "I Agree" below, you agree to work three (3) volunteer sessions during the upcoming soccer season. Volunteer duties are defined as working the concession stand, operating the scoreboard, game announcing, videographer (for women's games only), running the Pink Out donations table, volunteering at Senior Night, volunteering at the end of the season event, and other duties approved by the Booster Club. Volunteer duties can be for any of the men's or women's games, not just for your Player's team.
One (1) volunteer session MUST BE PERFORMED IN THE CONCESSION STAND.
I understand that if I commit to a session but am unable to attend, that I must find a replacement volunteer to fill my session, and:
- If I am able to secure a replacement for my session, I will receive full credit for the event.
- If I am unable to find a replacement, I will notify the Board at least 3 days prior to the event, and will not receive credit for the event.
- If I do not notify the Board at least 3 calendar days before the event, and do not show up to the session, that my volunteer duties deposit check will be cashed immediately, and that any of my remaining scheduled shifts will be canceled.
If I fulfill all three (3) session obligations, my deposit check will be shredded.
I understand that no one under the age of 16 is allowed in the concession stand at any time. Any parent, official guardian, or family member can represent the player to meet concession guidelines.
IMPORTANT: Please be sure to sign in at the beginning of your shifts so that you are properly credited for your time.

I understand that volunteering for duties later in the year will not count towards credits, and I will not be getting any portion of this fee returned to me.
